In the context of the France-Korea year, the Centre de Musique Baroque de Versailles is going to South Korea for three concerts. Under Olivier Schneebeli's baton, tenor Jean-François Novelli, accompanied by Dagmar Saskova, Stephen Collardelle and Arnaud Richard, will perform three of the Histoires Sacrées by Marc-Antoine Charpentier.

South Korean tour - From May 12th to 17th
After that, Jean-François Novelli will stay in Korea for two performances of Il Ritorno d'Ulisse (Monteverdi), staged by the south african William Kentridge. It tackles Homer's Odyssey in a chamber version with the musical director Philippe Pierlot, six musicians of Ricercar Consort, five puppeteers, seven singers and thirteen wooden characters.
