This
month, the Orchestre National de Lorraine celebrates its 40th
birthday. On this occasion, it gives three concerts. The
program includes works by Ravel and Debussy, under the Jacques Mercier's baton with the Choeur de la Grande Région. The
mezzo-soprano Isabelle Druet lends her voice to the cycle
Sheherazade. She already had the pleasure of interpreting it last season
with the Detroit Symphony Orchestra conducted by Leonard
Slatkin.
Moreover, we must not forget the realization of the Shakespeare Songs disk, a flagship project of Isabelle Druet. The record is about to emerge and the commercialization is expected for November 2016. In order to finalize this project, an ULULE campaign was launched, you can find it on this link : http://fr.ulule.com/shakespeare-songs/
