Aline Martin and Francesco Salavadori sing Rigoletto

At the Opéra national de Lorraine

Mezzo-soprano Aline Martin and the baritone Francesco Salvadori are both on the bill for Giuseppe Verdi's Rigoletto, to be performed five times from 22 June to 1 July at the Opéra national de Lorraine.

The mezzo-soprano, who is a regular at the Opéra National de Lorraine, will sing the role of Giovanna alongside the Italian baritone, who will make his debut in Nancy.

Coming up in the next few months for both artists: the roles of the Mayor's Wife (Jenufa) at the Rouen Opera and of Queen Clementine (Bluebeard) at the Muscat Opera (Oman) for Aline Martin, while Francesco Salvadori will play Douphol (La Traviata) at the Limoges Opera and Achilla (Giulio Cesare in Egitto) at the Théâtre des Champs-Elysées.
