Soprano Apolline Raï-Westphal, equally appreciated in baroque and more recent repertoire, performs the title role in Cendrillon by Pauline Viardot during the 2025–2026 season, in a French tour led by La CoOpérative, appearing at Angers-Nantes Opéra, the Opéra de Rennes, the Théâtre impérial de Compiègne, the Théâtre de l’Athénée in Paris, and on tour across France.

She also appears in a Ravel program with the Orchestre de chambre Nouvelle Aquitaine, a Monteverdi / Cavalli recital with Les Talens lyriques, a Purcell / Charpentier program and The Witch of Endor with Il Caravaggio, Didon et Enée by Purcell with Les Epopées, La Passion selon Saint Matthieu with Les Ambassadeurs, and in revivals of La Petite Sirène by Régis Campo.

A brilliant graduate of the CNSMD de Paris, she has won several competitions: First Prize in French mélodie at the Concours international de Marmande 2024, the prize of the Académie Ravel in Saint-Jean-de-Luz, and six awards at the Concours international de la mélodie de Gordes in 2023. She was part of the Brahms cohort of the Académie Musicale Philippe Jarrousky in 2023–2024.

Her young career has already led her to perform as Phénice and Lucinde in Armide by Gluck and Armide by Lully at the Opéra Comique, Belinda in Didon et Enée by Purcell at the Théâtre des Champs-Élysées, Melpomène and Mélisse in Atysby Lully at the Wiener Konzerthaus and the Opéra royal de Versailles, Chloé in Narcisse by Joséphine Stephenson at the Opéra de Rennes and Avignon, Minerve in Le Carnaval de Venise by Campra at the operas of Nantes, Rennes and on tour, Cyané and La Félicité in Proserpine by Lully in concerts in Versailles, Vienna, Namur and Beaune with Les Talens lyriques, the title role in La Petite Sirène by Régis Campo at the Opéra de Nice, L’Enfant in L’Enfant et les sortilèges by Ravel at the Festival Ravel, and in La Danse des morts by Honegger and Sancta Susanna by Hindemith at the Opéra de Nancy.

Highly regarded in baroque repertoire, she regularly collaborates with conductors such as Christophe Rousset, Leonardo García Alarcón, Alexis Kossenko, Camille Delaforge, and Johannes Pramsohler.

In concert, she has performed under the baton of Jean-Claude Casadesus alongside Karine Deshayes at the festival Les Étoiles du Classique, in recital at the Capitole de Toulouse with Anne Le Bozec in the program Mozart jeune homme, and also with Bertrand Chamayou and Noemi Gasparini in a program of French mélodies. She also forms a duo with pianist Paul Coispeau.

Her discography includes the roles of Melpomène and Mélisse in Atys by Lully with Les Talens lyriques, and Récit de la beauté, excerpt from Le Mariage forcé by Lully, conducted by Camille Delaforge. Upcoming releases include Proserpineby Lully, again with Les Talens lyriques (roles of Cyané and La Félicité), and Les Fêtes de Ramire by Rameau with La Chapelle Harmonique.
