Tenor and haute-contre Clément Debieuvre is a graduate of the Centre de Musique Baroque de Versailles.

In recent years, he has performed under the direction of William Christie, Hervé Niquet, Raphaël Pichon, Paul Agnew, Sébastien Daucé, Gyorgy Vashegyi, Alexis Kossenko, Louis-Noël Bestion de Camboulas, and Philippe Jaroussky.

In 2020, he made his debut in Japan in the role of Pygmalion at the Izumi Hall in Osaka.

In 2021, he sang the role of David in David et Jonathas by Charpentier at the Opéra Royal de Versailles. He also made his debut with the ensemble Les Surprises in the project Rameau chez la Pompadour (CD released by Alpha).

In 2022, he took part in the tour of Charpentier’s Te Deum conducted by Louis-Noël Bestion de Camboulas (CD released by Alpha), as well as in Le Sicilien ou l’amour peintre with Le Concert Spirituel. He was soloist in Jean Gilles’ Requiemat the Château de Versailles under the direction of Fabien Armengaud (CD released by CVS).

In 2023, Clément appeared in the production of Didon et Enée by Les Arts Florissants, then as soloist in Purcell’s Celestial Ode (Madrid/Versailles/Compiègne), staged by Blanca Li and conducted by William Christie. He participated in the fourth volume of Lully’s Motets conducted by Stéphane Fuget at the Chapelle Royale de Versailles (CD released by CVS). He sang the program Musique pour la semaine sainte à voix d’hommes under the direction of William Christie (Versailles, Paris, New York).

More recently, he performed the role of Erinda in Sartorio’s L’Orfeo conducted by Philippe Jaroussky, and portrayed Arnalta in Monteverdi’s L’Incoronazione di Poppea under the direction of Stéphane Fuget with Les Épopées. He also made his debut at the Opéra de Paris and the Teatro Real de Madrid (Médée by Charpentier) with Les Arts Florissants and William Christie, as well as at the Opéra d’Oslo (Ernelinde princesse de Norvège by Philidor), in the roles of a Norwegian, a sailor, and Edelbert, with Orkester Nord conducted by Martin Wahlberg.
